Meadowdale Farm Winery is a family-owned business that is dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting local initiatives.
To ensure that our donations have the greatest impact, we have established the following guidelines:
Eligible Organizations:
- Non-profit organizations:
We primarily support non-profit organizations that are registered as 501(c)(3) organizations. - Community organizations:
We may consider donations to local community organizations, such as arts councils, historical societies and environmental organizations.
Non-Eligible Organizations:
- Religious or political organizations:
We do not make donations to religious groups or to political parties/organizations or candidates. - Youth groups and sports teams:
We appreciate the importance of youth activities, but we manufacture and sell adults-only products and are unable to support youth groups or sports teams at this time. - Schools:
For similar reasons, we do not make donations to schools.
Donation Methods:
Our preferred method is via gift certificates for tastings and food at our tasting room in Voorheesville, NY. Any requests for wine donations must comply with NYS Liquor Laws.
Donation Request Process:
To ensure that we can adequately consider your donation request, please submit it at least 60 days in advance of the event or project.
Please include the following information:
- Organization name and mission
- Event or project details
- How the donation will be used
- Any specific requirements or guidelines:
Please submit your request in person to our tasting room.
