1736 Birch Wine
$16.00
Perhaps the rarest wine in the United States. An homage to Albany’s Dutch colonial heritage. Made by local farmers using a 1736 recipe. Birch wines are still popular in Europe, but we are currently the sole U.S. producers of this elegant beverage. Made by hand, only on our 1730s farmstead. Feather-light body, golden color, and crisp dry finish. Flavor carries notes of juniper, mildly reminiscent of the finest dry gin — but with no bite. Take a sip of local history!
